Collective Mission Florida 2015
In November 2015, for the third time in a row, the CCEM accompanied a group mission to South Florida.
The Collective prepared the mission by organizing a schedule of business meetings and events.
The companies concerned by this mission, consisted of a delegation of entrepreneurs from Martinique from different sectors: fashion, services, aviation, information technology and communication.
The Collective consulted providers able to offer the best offers in terms of transportation, accommodation and also for room rentals for business meetings and promotional evenings.
The Collective contacted its professional and institutional partners on site, to formalize the schedule of the week and the appointment book. The Collective coordinated the delivery of the various stakeholders, caterers, entertainment, security, insurance, media coverage of the various events.
The Collective also dealt with the communication concerning the different events. Among others, Miami Dade County awarded a distinction to one of the participating companies and Broward County symbolically handed the keys of the County to the representatives of the Delegation and Martinique..
